● INTRO

An event happens for one night. Good documentation makes it replayable for a year.

We approach event documentation with two goals. First, utility — press release photos, video highlights for media kits, livestream without a single drop. Second, legacy — cinematic aftermovies that summarize the event across brand channels for months after.

Our approach differs from typical event videographers. We treat every event as a mini production — pre-event brief, considered shotlist, multi-camera setup that does not just record but constructs narrative. For the BMW Indonesia launch in Senayan, we ran 4 cameras, 2 photographers, and a BTS crew — not for show, but because in three hours of event time, one moment never returns.

Same-day edit is our default. Press release photos delivered 4 hours after event. 60-second highlight video for social ready in 24 hours. The cinematic 3–5 minute aftermovie ships 2 weeks later — because that one needs time to settle and proper selection.

A good event is remembered through its documentation. And good documentation is not about how much was captured — it is about what was chosen.
● PROCESS

How we work.

STEP 01

Pre-Event Brief

Workshop with the event team: rundown, key moments, talent schedule, venue layout. Output: multi-camera shotlist + crew briefing.

STEP 02

Recce & Tech Setup

Venue survey 1–2 days prior, tech setup (camera, audio, livestream), angle test, final crew briefing.

STEP 03

Event Day Coverage

Multi-camera shooting, event photography, livestream production (if needed), dual-card backup recording, BTS team.

STEP 04

Post & Delivery

Same-day edit for press release (photo + 60s video). Cinematic 3–5 minute aftermovie ships 2 weeks later.

● FAQ

Common questions.

01How fast is same-day photo delivery?

Standard 4 hours after event end. For morning/afternoon events, photos can be delivered the same evening for press release.

02Is livestream support included?

Not by default — livestream is an additional service with separate fees because it requires dedicated tech setup and a dedicated operator.

03How long until the cinematic aftermovie ships?

2 weeks post-event for proper grading and sound design. If urgent, it can be rushed to 1 week with a rush fee.

04Can you cover events outside Jakarta?

Yes. We regularly cover events in Bali, Bandung, Surabaya, and beyond. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately.

05Is drone footage included?

Not by default. Drone is a per-session add-on, and it requires venue permission first (especially for indoor or government venues).

06What if the event runs more than one day?

We quote per event-day. Multi-day events are more efficient because the crew is already familiar with venue and rundown — we can prepare a custom package.
